I read "A Field Guide to Getting Lost" a few years ago and still dip into it from time to time. Of those of her books I've read, this is one of her best — right up there with "Wanderlust".
I must investigate some of these books further. Looks like a fascinating pile. :^)

You can skip the David Byrne book. I think he was ill advised by his editor into turning what should have stayed blog posts. Specially since it is so little about biking. Real disapointment. But I still think he is a genius for his album 'My life in the bush of ghosts'.
I barely made a dent in that pile, piles I should say since I have two more piles just as menacing by the bed. I need to be able to clone myself, so I have a double that would solely read all day.
Not sure if Bouvier is translated in English, but if it is, I recommend it. I am actually re-reading it.
Good reading to you!
